If, within 30 days of your repair, your merchandise fails to operate for reasons related to the initial repair service, we will replace any defective parts installed during initial repair service and perform any labor related to the initial repair service free of charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

We do not warranty equipment due to abuse, neglect, or misuse by customer. We also do not cover equipment failure due to use of insufficient, contaminated, or incorrect fuel or oil.

We repair equipment under APPROVED warranty for all manufacturers for which we are an authorized service center. The warranty procedure can add up to 2 weeks to repair turn around time.

You must bring your equipment (or request our pick up and delivery service) together with proof of original retail purchase reciept to our location during normal business hours.

Failures typically covered under manufacturer warranty include:

  • Defective materials
  • Poor quality workmanship

Failures typically NOT covered under manufacturer warranty:

  • General maintenance / wear & tear
  • Abuse, neglect, or misuse of equipment
  •  The use of insufficient, contaminated, or an incorrect grade of lubricating oil
  • The use of contaminated or stale fuel, or gasoline formulated with ethanol greater than 10%​
